The amount of US$150 corresponds to the final and mandatory cleaning of the unit. For optional cleanings during the stay with extra cost, please send us your inquiries.
A mandatory fixed fee of $450 for the entire rental stay corresponding to the use of resort amenities, including: access card to the unit, wireless internet connection, chairs and umbrella for the pool, beach towels, pool access, gym access. No annual leases.
A daily parking fee of $30.00 + tax will be applied regardless of the length of stay. For monthly rentals, parking will be $500.00.
